Escape the city and explore the unspoiled nature of Stockholm’s archipelago. This guided hiking is inspired by one of the most scenic sections of the Stockholm Archipelago Trail, a well-marked path that winds through coastal forest, open meadows, and rocky shorelines.
Your guide will lead you across one of the many un-inhabited islands reachable by van, depending on the day. You’ll learn about local nature, the island’s history, and everyday life in the archipelago.
Along the way, we’ll stop for a traditional Swedish Lunch and fika (coffee and cinnamon bun or snacks), with sea views and maybe a dip if weather allows. This is a slow-paced hike suitable for most levels, focusing on enjoying the nature, not racing through it.
After the hike, we’ll return to Stockholm.
